From 24–26 July 2025 in Manchester, the U15 Boys All-Star Tournament brought together the brightest young talents in English basketball. London ultimately claimed the crown, but there were many standout individual performances across the regions. Here’s a closer look at the players who left their mark on the weekend.

Dylan Ameen (Guard - 2010 - London Stars)

Dylan Ameen earned MVP honours with his finals performance. He showed his ability to dictate the pace of the game - getting into the paint with ease, consitently knocking down shots from outside, and keeping his teammates involved. In the final, Ameen dropped 17 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists, proving his potential as a floor general with an impressive shooting touch.

Jenson Green (Guard - 2010 - Newham Youngbloods)

Green contributed as a reliable guard in London’s championship run, showing maturity in his decision-making and composure under pressure. He kept the offense moving, found the open man, and displayed good court vision in creating opportunities for teammates.

Gael Da’Silva (Guard - 2010 - Ipswich Basketball)

Da’Silva showed a smooth shooting stroke and confident ball-handling, posing a consistent threat from outside. He stretched defenses with his range and created opportunities for teammates by driving into the paint. He combined composure with creativity throughout his performance.

Emilis Kaminskas (Guard - 2010 - Essex Charge)

Kaminskas demonstrated shooting touch and composure under pressure, consistently making shots in key moments, including from beyond the arc. He also showed potential in pick-and-roll situations and displayed strong court vision in creating plays.

Timi Babalola (Forward - 2010 - Manchester Magic)

Babalola contributed on both ends, knocking down shots with confidence, particularly on catch-and-shoot opportunities. Defensively, he used his length and versatility to disrupt opponents. Winner of the All-Star 3-Point Contest, he showed impressive shooting ability and two-way potential.

Leo Morrow-Brown (Forward - 2010 - Nottingham Hoods)

Representing the Central Region, Morrow-Brown showed a strong two-way game. He defended with toughness and contributed offensively by scoring both inside and from the perimeter. His balanced approach and versatility point to his potential as future two-way prospect.

Ayomide Ajayi (Forward - 2010 - Brent Bulls)

One of the most intriguing prospects, Ajayi had a quieter weekend overall but remains a name to watch. His strong physical frame combined with an ability to handle the ball gives him a unique profile for his position. How his toughness, skill, and body continue to develop will be key in unlocking his potential.

James Balleny (Center - 2010 - Haringey Heat)

Balleny was a strong presence in the paint and a defensive anchor for London, using his size, strength, and rebounding instincts effectively. He was at his best rolling to the basket in pick-and-roll actions for finishes and lobs. In the title game, he recorded a double-double of 12 points and 16 rebounds, along with three blocked shots. With continued development in his back-to-basket play and finishing around the rim, he has clear potential as a future interior threat.
